Under normal circumstances SLS components are watertight. However with installations under pressure, the material may exhibit a slight leakage. This is easy to prevent by impregnating the components with (invisible) nano-composite. This only has a slight additional cost. Practical tests have shown that products can be sealed without problem at pressures up to 16 bar.
