Techniques in 3D prototyping

There are many different ways with which 3D printers realise products. A general characteristic that all layered constructions have of the product from digital ‘slices’ of the 3D CAD design.

SLS and FDM are the designated methods for realising functional components from plastic.

Additionally SLA is available for products with very smooth surfaces, high precision and functional mechanical properties.

Within the prototyping techniques we additionally apply 3D CNC milling technology for XXL components or simple shapes and vacuum casting technology in order to be able multiply (copy) simple products from a silicone mould.

We are able to provide the following production techniques from our portfolio:

There are many different ways with which Rapid Prototyping machines realise products. A general characteristic that all execute layered construction on the basis of a 3D CAD file.
